Welcome to IFCC

Founded in 1858, Ingatestone & Fryerning Cricket Club is a family oriented club based in the centre of Ingatestone.

IFCC has three primary objectives. Firstly, to ensure we maintain 2 sustainable men’s teams on a Saturday for years to come. Secondly, to develop a youth system within the club to develop talent in a safe and supportive environment. Thirdly, to establish a Women’s Cricket section into the club to ensure cricket is a sport accessible to everyone in and around our village.

We aim to become an organisation that can accommodate every cricket player regardless of age, ability or gender and to promote our sport and secure our sustainable future for years to come.

We are always on the look out for new players and new members. If you are looking for a change of club, have recently moved into the area or are just looking to get into the game. On Thursday evenings we host 80+ children between the ages of 5-11 over 2 hours for our All Stars & Dynamos programmes. These figures are amongst the highest in the county. On Friday evenings our U7s, U9s, U11s, U13s and U15 Youth Teams train. This year we are aiming to launch a girls softball team for girls of secondary age. We work closely with the local schools and host regular school cricket matches.
